An ABS Double Color Sheet is an innovative and visually striking engineered plastic sheet. It is manufactured
by co-extruding two distinct, solid-colored layers of ABS polymer into a single, unified sheet. This unique structure
creates a dramatic and durable material where the top color is visibly different from the core and bottom layer.
When machined, routed, or engraved, the contrasting underlying color is revealed, allowing for high-impact,
self-finishing decorative effects without the need for painting or additional laminates.

Processing & Fabrication Notes
· Laser Engraving: CO2 lasers are highly effective for cleanly ablating the top layer to reveal the core color. Settings must
be calibrated to remove only the top layer without burning the substrate.
· CNC Routing/Milling: Produces clean, sharp edges that clearly show the two-color effect. Using sharp tools is recommended t
o prevent melting.
· Thermoforming: Suitable for vacuum forming and pressure forming. The double-color effect is maintained through the forming
process, making it ideal for 3D shaped parts with contrasting details.
· Post-Processing: Can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Solvent-based welding creates strong, permanent bonds.
